Growing up on this island, you are exposed to all the cultures. These pictures are from the Emancipation day celebrations which are Afro-Trinidadian celebrations. There are lots of Drums and dancing and brighly dyed fabrics made into clothes called dashikis.
We didn´t go to any celebrations because of the rain. It was thunder and lightening yesterday. I took some picture of the cloud covered mountains but the computer is still not 100% functionable.
