After two years of not painting, I am finally back at the canvas. I can seriously tell you that this is proving to be rusty, choppy and sporadic in terms of execution. My flow has gone, and solutions which were a no brainer (painting) are now difficult. Its like I am relearning. But like Stuart Hahn says...the art memory will return soon.
This painting is being created to honour something I love.....it will seem silly to people, but I am being true to me in the second half of my life.....no matter how weird it may be.
